FAQ

Common questions

Where do I manage Website Guard?

After checkout, the service appears in your Xensec dashboard with setup requirements, delivery updates, files, billing context and support links.

Are the listed prices pulled from Stripe?

Checkout uses the live Stripe price ID attached to each plan. The public page displays the locally cached Stripe-synced price details from Xensec ACP.

Do I need to share passwords?

No by default. Xensec starts with requirements and evidence first. If access is ever needed, it will be requested clearly and only where appropriate.

What will I receive?

You receive a dashboard report, visible findings, recommended next steps and any attached delivery files.

Is this a penetration test?

No. Website Guard is a practical review and hardening-guidance service, not a formal penetration test.
