Service relationship
Xensec provides privacy-focused VPN services through the public website, customer dashboard and support channels. VPN access begins after payment is accepted and any required setup information is provided.
Customer responsibilities
You must provide accurate account, billing and VPN setup information. You are responsible for the devices, networks and connection details you submit and for using the service lawfully.
Acceptable use
You must not use Xensec services to attack, disrupt, abuse, spam, defraud, evade law enforcement, violate platform rules, or access systems without permission. Xensec may suspend or refuse service where use appears unsafe, illegal or abusive.
Manual delivery
VPN provisioning may require staff review where automatic delivery is unavailable. Delivery timing depends on plan availability, submitted setup details, infrastructure capacity and any support replies we request.
Billing and renewals
Payments are processed by our payment provider. Subscription services renew according to the plan shown at checkout. One-time services cover the stated service period unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Limitations
No VPN service can guarantee complete anonymity, uninterrupted availability, access to every destination or prevention of every security incident. Customers remain responsible for device security and lawful use.
