These terms are written for Xensec's current 30-day services: Shared VPN, Dedicated VPN, Website Guard, Email Shield and Business Shield. They are not a substitute for professional legal advice.
1. Services
Xensec provides 30-day digital services including VPN access, manual security reviews, reports, configuration guidance and support. Exact deliverables depend on the product and variant purchased.
2. Orders and activation
Orders may be processed through SellAuth and then shown in the Xensec customer dashboard. Shared VPN may be provisioning-ready; Dedicated VPN, Website Guard, Email Shield and Business Shield are manual fulfilment services.
3. Customer responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate order information, lawful usage, account security and any technical details needed for manual reviews or support.
4. Dashboard access
The customer dashboard is used for service status, VPN config delivery, documents/reports, billing references, notifications and service-linked support tickets.
5. Availability
Availability may be affected by upstream providers, maintenance, abuse prevention, service configuration, DNS propagation, customer response delays or security incidents.
6. Support scope
Support is provided within the reasonable scope of the purchased service. Custom work, out-of-scope investigation or urgent recovery may require a separate service or agreement.
7. Restrictions
Xensec services must not be used for abuse, fraud, spam, malware, unauthorised scanning, credential theft, harassment or activity that violates applicable law or platform rules.
8. Changes
Xensec may update these terms as services evolve. Important public changes may be announced through the changelog or customer dashboard.
