Information we process
Xensec may process account details, billing identifiers, service requirements, uploaded evidence, support messages, activity logs, security events and technical metadata needed to deliver and protect services.
Payments
Payments are handled by a trusted payment provider. Xensec does not store full card numbers. We store the billing references required for account support, renewals and service activation.
Service evidence and files
Evidence uploaded for Website Guard, Email Shield, Business Shield or support tickets is used for service delivery and staff review. Do not upload secrets, passwords or unrelated personal information unless specifically requested through a secure process.
Security logs
Login events, failed login attempts, 2FA status changes, audit logs and similar security metadata may be retained to protect accounts, investigate abuse and maintain operational reliability.
Third-party processors
Xensec may use payment, email, hosting, monitoring and infrastructure providers to operate the service. These providers process data only as needed for their function.
