After payment is confirmed, Xensec creates or updates your service in the customer dashboard. If the service requires information, the dashboard will show a setup or requirements prompt.
Manual services
Website Guard, Email Shield, Business Shield and addon services may include staff review, findings, action requests, evidence uploads and customer-visible reports. Work starts once the required details are submitted.
Delivery files and reports
Delivered files, reports, findings and recommended next steps appear in the dashboard Delivery area or the related service workspace. Xensec may notify you by email depending on your notification preferences.
Customer action requests
If we need DNS screenshots, website details, business context or other evidence, we may create an action request. Delivery may pause until the request is answered.
VPN services
VPN services are dashboard-managed and may show configuration downloads when available. Server or node availability and exact technical delivery may vary while infrastructure is finalised.
Support context
Tickets opened from a service are linked to that service so Xensec staff can see relevant status, requirements, reports and billing context when helping you.
