Send IPs, domains, URLs, timestamps, logs, screenshots, order/service references and a clear description of what happened.
Security reports
If you are reporting a vulnerability or security issue affecting Xensec, include reproduction details and avoid destructive testing.
Customer issues
If you are a customer reporting account compromise, unauthorised access or suspicious dashboard activity, open a Security & Abuse ticket from your account.
Review process
Xensec may investigate, request clarification, suspend services, revoke access or take other action depending on the evidence and risk.
