Staff access
Staff access is role-based and tracked through staff sessions, permission checks, logs, inbox items and operational audit tools.
Service files
VPN configs and uploaded service documents are stored in server-side storage folders and can be hidden, revoked or removed by staff when needed.
Backups
Operational backups should include database data, storage documents/configs, ticket attachments, config files and migrations. Staff can review backup readiness in the staff panel.
Security reports
Manual reports may contain domains, configuration findings or recommendations. Customers should treat these as sensitive and store them securely.
